Frontier Helarctos MK2 jacket is the second, upgraded generation of a well-known model, refined with a focus on protection, comfort, and practicality in demanding conditions. The updated version features improved materials, a revised construction, and expanded functionality, making it a reliable option for active use during the cold season.
The outer layer is made from lightweight yet durable Ripstop nylon, offering increased resistance to tearing and mechanical damage. A membrane with 10K/10K waterproofness and breathability provides effective protection from rain and wind while helping maintain comfort during movement.The anatomical cut supports natural movement during activity.
Thermal insulation is provided by the updated Primaloft 1-2040 insulation, made with 70% recycled materials and certified accordingly. This high-density synthetic insulation resists repeated compression, quickly regains its shape, and does not clump over time. It retains warmth effectively even during active use, making the jacket suitable for tactical tasks and extended wear.
The jacket features a removable hood with an improved mid-zone adjustment system. Compared to the previous version, Helarctos MK2 is 2 cm longer and offers an expanded color range. The interior includes two vertical pockets on each side and deeper mesh compartments for convenient gear storage. Additional details include a fleece insert in the collar area, waterproof SBS zippers, chin guard protection, an adjustable hem, Velcro-adjustable cuffs, and Velcro inserts on the sleeves.
