Frontier Beta Insulated Jacket is designed to provide effective warmth without excess bulk or restricted movement. The model works as a standalone outer layer in transitional seasons at temperatures down to –15 °C, or as an insulating layer when combined with the Frontier Alpha membrane jacket, forming a versatile layered system. This flexibility makes Beta suitable for urban use, travel, everyday walks, and active outdoor activities.
Thermal insulation is provided by 3M™ Thinsulate™ Recycled insulation (80 g/m²), which remains lightweight, compact, and effective even in humid conditions. The outer shell uses durable 20D nylon taffeta with a quilted construction that improves wear resistance and gives the jacket a clean, versatile appearance. An eco-friendly C0 DWR water-repellent finish adds basic protection in light rain, drizzle, and snowfall.
Everyday comfort comes from a full-length front zipper, along with elastic cuffs and an elastic hem that help retain warmth and ensure a secure fit. The jacket includes two external pockets, suitable for hand warming or carrying small essentials. Frontier Beta functions as a practical and well-balanced insulating layer that adapts easily to different conditions.
